Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to the conference secretariat email ID
Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
All refunds will be provided by cheque 4 weeks after the conference
Kit bags will not be available for On-Spot registrations

Refund Policy

100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to covid or any government guidelines.
Requests received up-to 1^st November 2024 – 25% cancellation fee. 75% will be refunded
Requests received up-to 15^th November 2024 – 50% cancellation fee. 50% will be refunded
Requests received after 15^th November 2024 – No Refunds
